Janet and Lee have been providing workshops for education and the community since 1994.
Janet provides workshops specifically for schools with reference to the Curriculum For Excellence.
Available in Scotland and the North of England only.
Topics include spinning, weaving*, dyeing, felt-making, pom-pom making, yarn bombing, banner making and anything else textile related.

Lee is now offering workshops in weaving on the Dinky loom, the small pin looms that he makes. Typically, a child of say 8 years old can weave a square in just uder 1 hour. See below for more details.

Janet has worked with primary and secondary schools, community education groups, social work and youth groups, voluntary agencies and more.
She has experience with people with disabilities and additional needs, a current PVG and insurance.
Lee has been a Training Officer for youths with Learning disabilities and a Classroom Assistant in a secondary school department for kids with special needs. He has taught Gods-eye making, yarn-bombing, French knitting, peg loom weaving and more, at schools and music festivals, including at Knockengorroch, Dumfries & Galloway and at Kelburn, Ayrshire.
